CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens, and I completely understand! To respect everyone’s time, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a 30% fee. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. At 15 minutes late, with no communication, is considered a no-call no-show and will be charged as such.
